Bespoke Services
If you are looking for something specific to wow your guests whether you have a theme, colour palette or style in mind, our bespoke service could be the perfect option. We'll work with you to create a completely unique design using the highest quality materials, that will set the tone for your special day.
Our bespoke service fee is a flat rate of £150.00 for your full wedding invitation suite or on the day stationery items. If you have used our bespoke service for your wedding invitation suite and you would like on the day stationery incorporating the same design elements, there would be an additional charge of £100.00 for all additional design work.
As part of the service, we'll arrange a relaxed online consultation with you to make sure we understand EXACTLY how you want your stationery to look, and we'll offer our guidance on different finishes that we offer. You'll receive a mini mood board to bring your vision to life, multiple digital proofs during the design moments, and access to our inbox whenever you need to get in touch.
Our bespoke service includes our expert guidance, all design work, sourcing any bespoke materials, white glove assembly, delivery and a special keepsake copy of your wedding invitation suite. Printing costs are in addition to the bespoke service fee and will be charged in line with our usual pricing.

We’ll reach out within 5 working days to confirm availability in our bespoke design diary, answer any questions you have about the service, and give you more details on how to secure your space. This is when the bespoke service fee is payable.

2. BRINGING YOUR VISION TO LIFE
When your design slot comes round, we'll be in touch to arrange an online video consultation to talk through your design ideas, style/theme, Pinterest boards! If you'd prefer to continue talking via email, that's also completely fine - whatever works best for you.
After we fully understand what you are looking for, we’ll put together some design ideas in the form of an exciting mini mood board, which we can look through together to fine tune your vision. We'll also share a cost estimation for printing.
From there we'll continue to work closely with you to design your wedding stationery. Digital proofs will be shared with you throughout the process as iterations are completed.
3. SIGN-OFF & PRINT
Once you are 100% happy with the design of each element of your stationery, we'll be ready to print!
A final invoice will be shared with you for payment to complete the order.
Then it's time to sit back, relax and wait for your beautiful wedding stationery to arrive!
Please note that the minimum investment for our bespoke wedding stationery is £400.00 including our design fee
