"How much is wedding stationery?" is probably the question we get asked most. And the honest answer is... it depends! But we know that's not what you came here for, so let's give you some actual numbers.

What goes into your stationery budget?
Think: Save the Dates, invitations, RSVP cards, menus, place names, table numbers, seating plans, welcome signs, wax seals, envelope liners... the list goes on! Some couples keep it to one gorgeous invitation, others go all in on the details. It is completely down to personal preference, there are no wrong answers here.

So... what affects the price?
Guest numbers | you'll need one invitation per household, but one place name per guest. Always order a few spares (trust us!).
Signature vs. bespoke | a pre-designed collection is more budget-friendly; a from-scratch design is more of an investment. More on this below.

Finishing touches | wax seals, liners, bespoke shapes. The little extras that make a suite feel extra special.

Signature Collection vs. Bespoke
Signature Collection | from £8 per invitation set. You fall for one of our existing designs, then make it yours with your own wording and colours. Personal, polished, and a more predictable spend.

Bespoke | £400 minimum investment. We design something from scratch, inspired by your venue, flowers, palette and story. This includes a £150 design fee covering your consultation, mood board, design development and digital proofs, then printing is costed on top based on what you choose.
The difference isn't "more extras"... it's the whole creative process being built around your day.

Don't forget on-the-day stationery
Menus, place names, table numbers, welcome signs, seating plans, all adds up, and it's easy to forget when you're focused on invitations. 2026 prices start from £2.00 for place cards, £2.75 for menus, and £70 for a digital welcome sign (£120 printed).

Why choose luxury wedding stationery?
Not because it's the most expensive option but because it's thoughtful design, quality materials and a personal service, start to finish. Your stationery is your guests' first look at your wedding, so it's worth getting right.
